Big Sur lot. Very affordable, but you can only visit it; no development permitted. This lot is all chaparral, on a steep slope. Access is by foot only, but one can get close to it on a quad trail. You have to be able to hike to get to this lot. Why would someone want to own such a lot? Mainly, you get the pleasure from knowing that you own a piece of the storied Big Sur.
